The placement cell functions under the supervision of a placement officer and aspires to bridge the journey of a student from academics to prospective pharma sector. The training system at NCOPS is highly innovative and industry oriented. It has incorporated the best practices required for boosting the employability of the students. Training programs by experts facilitate our students to develop and mould themselves into competent Pharma professionals. Students are provided training in team aptitude and soft skills, to develop logical and verbal reasoning.
Proficiency Development Cell is designed to train students effectively to cater the needs of pharmaceutical industry. Regular seminars, workshops, pre-placement training sessions, are organized in a motivating, and interactive manner, which gives bounteous scope for the students to face the future challenges and be industry ready.
Language Lab: Communication has evolved beyond face-to-face interaction in the digital age. NCOPS trains students with skills required to communicate more effectively regardless of the medium we choose to connect.
Industry – Institute Collaboration: The objective of the IIP Cell is to reduce the gap between industry expectations and academic offerings by direct involvement of industry to attain a symbiosis.
IIP CELL aims at effective, frequent and mutually beneficial interactions with industry and launching exploring links with industries for the development of the Institute.
