Students who have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology or physics, chemistry and mathematics can seek admission for this course. then you can get an application Form from the office or Download the Application from our website. Fill the application and submit to the office.

B.Pharm:
Duration of 4 Years (8 Semesters)
Eligibility – Pass in 10 + 2 Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Mathematics / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Electronics and English.

D.Pharm:
Duration of 2 Years.
Eligibility – 10 + 2 Pass Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.

60 seats are available in both the B.Pharm and D.Pharm course

Documents required at the submission of the application.

  • 12th std. marks card / pass certificate
  • 10th std. pass certificate for the proof of date of birth
  • Aadhar Card, TC, Migration / Eligibility Certificate, Birth Certificate copy of the student, Blood group certificate of student and PAN card of parent.
  • 6 passport and stamp size photos of student.
