The Training and Placement Cell functions under the supervision of a placement officer to bridge the journey of a student from academics to prospective pharma sector. The training program incorporates the best practices required for boosting the employability of the students. Students are trained in team aptitude and soft skills, to develop logical and verbal reasoning. Time to time, value-added courses are also offered to meet the dynamic requirements of the Pharmaceutical Industries and Health Sectors.
Regular seminars, workshops, pre-placement training sessions, are organized in a motivating, and interactive manner, which gives bounteous scope for the students to face the future challenges.
Language Lab: Communication has evolved beyond face-to-face interaction in the digital age. NCOPS trains students with skills required to communicate and express more effectively regardless of the medium we choose to connect.
Industry – Institute Collaboration: The objective of this Cell is to reduce the gap between industry expectations and academic offerings by direct involvement of industry expert and experts from IT, health and Finance sector to attain a symbiosis.
