The IIC unit of NCOPS organized a valuable workshop on the Business Model Canvas, with a strong emphasis on nurturing entrepreneurial skills, led by distinguished personality in both entrepreneurship and academia, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Thalari, Associate Professor, ERO coordinator, Department of MBA, CMR Institution Technology, Bangalore, Founder, JABA Training Academy, and Dr. S. Sandhya, Professor, NSOM, Bangalore. Participants had the opportunity to explore the intricacies of the Business Model Canvas methodology, analyzing essential elements such as customer relationships, channels, value propositions, revenue streams and cost structure. Interactive discussions facilitated a profound understanding, encouraging creativity and strategic thinking among attendees. Dr. Sandhya further enriched the session by sharing insights into renowned entrepreneurs, including the founders of Sugar Cosmetics, Flipkart, Blinkit, Byju's, and Ola, with real-world examples. Through these discussions, participants honed their business planning and presentation skills under expert guidance, going forward for the next step in the structural approach in establishing the startups.
